It was another typical WWG success: super presentations, connections, collaborations, planning, and decisions made. Meeting Notes are now attached, below.

One decision was to continue to meet twice a year, but that requires our partners to STEP UP to help with agenda building and meeting organization — it is work. The meetings are worth the effort, however, for the collaborations that occur, seminal side-bar conversations, and progress that is made here that can only effectively occur in face-to-face meetings, and it was agreed that once-a-year is too infrequent for reasons of partnership continuity; once-every-9 months was floated and dismissed. We are a social species, afterall. (I will attest that much is lost by attending solely online as I did this time [Mike Green].)

It was a smallish but powerful group in the room, with strong participation on the phones and via webex throughout the meeting. However, the audio for phone participants was somewhat of a challenge. (Perhaps the WWG needs to invest in a decent conference phone.)

Sadly, Barb Bresson stepped down as chair at this meeting. Thanks, Barb, for your work over the past few years!!!

Scott Somershoe has stepped into this role, however, and we look forward to his leadership!
