This document captures the full meeting notes from the PIF Steering Committee’s spring 2018 meeting. Notes include discussion points as well as Action Items and two attachments to document status of the proposed Eastern Regional Working Group and the Action Sheet distributed at the 2018 North American Wildlife and natural Resources Conference.

This Conservation Plan was developed to promote and facilitate cooperative efforts to ensure the long-term persistence of the Tricolored Blackbird.

This Conservation Plan includes a prioritized list of actions and needs that will begin to achieve long-term range-wide conservation of Sprague’s Pipits. In addition, several states and provinces have developed objectives and actions designed to address state-wide conservation of Sprague’s Pipits. Updated information on life history and population status are included here in support of this goal.
